"Gentle Meditative Flow"
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 7pm
With the intention of being of service to my students- my classes tend to center around the needs and wants of those I teach. I often ask students at the beginning of class how they are feeling or if they have something specific they would like to focus on.... I want this practice to ultimately serve them and their bodies - so no one class ever looks alike.
With a strong emphasis on meditative movement and connection to the breath- I aim to provide healing and release for both the beginner and most advanced yogi.

About Maddie:
Life brought me to yoga at the young age of 16.
At the time, my yoga mat was the only place I felt not only safe, but also strong. When I practiced- I was no longer a victim, but a student of a spiritual practice that had power to heal far beyond anything I could have ever imagined. This is why I teach...
I believe in the healing power of this ancient Eastern practice with everything in my being and I want everyone to have access to the freedom and joy that it brings.
I believe that yoga is medicine for the body & soul and often the lessons we learn on our mat translate to life. “ If we can learn to breathe through difficult poses on our mat- we can learn to breathe through difficult situations in our life.”
My prayer is that anyone who takes my class will walk away feeling more at ease, more at peace, and more connected to who they are and what their work is in this world.
I did my RYT 200hr teacher training in Orange , CA through Cloud Nine Yoga, and then went on to teach at Chapman University and in the surrounding Orange County area.
