Rental Inquiry Form


 

All organizations or individuals requesting dates at Arts Mission Oak Cliff must complete and submit a rental inquiry form. Please be aware that submission of this form does not guarantee availability of space, nor does it confirm dates. Calendar availability, rental rates, fees, deposits, and certificate of insurance (in some cases) will are required.

After your request is received, an AMOC staff member will contact you to review your rental needs and discuss additional details related to your project and/or event, prior to finalizing your date(s) and sending you a contract.
