Arts Mission Oak Cliff has an array of studios that can be rented for artists working in music, performance, dance, and movement-based practices. Are you looking for space to host an audition, class, or workshop? Artists who do not qualify for SRSP will pay the Base Rate for rehearsals.

To best meet the needs of the artistic community during this challenging time, we offer subsidized studio rentals for rehearsals that cost as little as $15/hour through our Subsidized Rehearsal Space Program.

Available Studio Rentals

Sanctuary

Capacity: 150 seated, 180 standing room only

Equipment: Portable speaker or Sonos speakers are available for rehearsals.

Rental does not include access to the tech booth unless otherwise specified.

Rate: $40/hr

Movement Room

Capacity: 15 people

Features: A mirror wall

Equipment: Portable bluetooth speaker and 3 portable ballet barres available

Rate: $30/hr

Recording Studio

Capacity: 5 people

Equipment: The Recording Studio is ideal for self-recording voice overs, songs, and other 1-2 person projects. Requires personal laptop or other device for recording.
