BURNING WOMAN is a full evening of professionally curated, empowering performances by diverse artists in dance, music, theater, poetry, performance art and film, reflecting contemporary themes and all that we have in common as humans. Featuring 9 Dallas groups and 26 performing artists. Supported by the Moody Fund for the Arts and Communities Foundation of Texas.
BURNING WOMAN was founded by Over the Bridge Arts in Oak Cliff in 2018 as a response to the #metoo movement. It has since grown to reflect all voices and cultures.
