What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a powerful practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation, allowing your body and mind to unwind deeply. It's a practice that promotes restful sleep, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being.

What to Bring:
Pillows, blankets, mat, something to cover your eyes if you'd like, water, and something to journal with. During this workshop you will be invited to nest, and journey with us as we discuss and explore the elements of rest and restoration before we go into our rest session. I invite you to bring elements of comforts.
