Deeply Rooted is a contemporary dance class for adults. Class begins with a warmup meant to align and balance the body to prepare for movement. This will lead into across the floor tasks emphasizing sensation, riding momentum, timing, and space. The class culminates into a final phrase designed to continue our physical research of that day and explore De'Ja's movement vocabulary and musicality. This class is best suited for int/adv level adult dancers.
