Return to Sender: A Workshop Series

We invite you to join us for part two, Present, which will challenge participants to examine and nurture the roots that currently anchor their feet. Participants will be led through a warm-up and subsequent writing exercise and leave with a renewed and supported creative spirit. Present will invite your mind, body, and soul to commune in the now, with an opportunity to share your experience through given prompts at the end of the lesson.
