As part of the Artist-in-Residence (AiR) at Arts Mission Oak Cliff, Chelita McDuffie invites the community to explore the art of fabric manipulation. In this discovery-based workshop, students will learn pleating, folding, and sculptural textile techniques used in fashion and fiber art to create dynamic surfaces and textures. All materials will be provided, and participants will walk away with sample swatches of their creations. No sewing experience needed. Ages 15+. Limited to 10 participants.
