Join us for second annual celebration of comedy, creativity, and community with four days of social events, workshops, and live indie comedy by some of the best teams and comedians from DFW and all across the nation. Showcasing Improv, Sketch, Clown, and Alt Comedy, DICF encourages the wild and weird, bringing unique comedy voices into the festival spotlight.

Dallas Indie Comedy Fest kicks off Opening Night with the DICF Thursday Night Mixtape at 7:00pm! Join us for a full hour of comedy, with Clown performances by Nan Kirkpatrick (“Lorne”, Dallas, TX) and Marceline Amaris (“Oh My Patricia!”, Austin, TX), a solo Musical Improv experience with Colten Winburn (Dallas, TX), and new Sketch Comedy by Avery & Sabrina (Dallas,TX).

Friday Night Mixtape

This show block features comedy acts by performers and teams from all across the nation. Enjoy Improv Comedy performances by Rainbow Rats (Dallas, TX), Wine & Weasels (San Francisco, CA), and A Group of People (Dallas, TX), a Character Monologue by Kent Wicklander (“Dr. Milk”, Dallas, TX), and an Alt Comedy experience by Motor Cycle Bois (Nashville, TN; Tulsa, OK).

Opening Night of Dallas Indie Comedy Fest ends with a bang with the DICF Thursday Night Variety Hour at 8:30pm! Enjoy a full block of homegrown Dallas comedy, with Improv performances by Romeo & Maude and New News News Crew, and Sleepless in Suburbia, an original Sketch Comedy show.

Enjoy a full block of comedy with a Musical Character experience by Brian Craig ("Fastball Bob", Philadelphia, PA), Improv Comedy by Black Tie Casual (Dallas, TX) and Basement Family (St. Louis, MO), and Sketch Comedy by Big Ol’ Mess (Denver, CO).

The Silent Partners’ Picture Show is presented by Silent Partners, joining DICF from sunny Los Angeles, California. This original silent movie brings the experience of a live moving picture show to the stage, all with live accompaniment. We’re thrilled to feature one of LA’s hottest shows at DICF, one night only! Starring Molly Renze, Danny Tee, and Cole Saleh, with accompaniment by JC Wright.
