Jennifer Mabus will lead a movement experience that offers exercises and improvisation to deepen your personal expression. This class will start with a gentle somatic exercises to prepare the body, and then move into active listening and movement story telling experiences. The class will close with collaborative choreography around our personal stories. Jennifer's hope is that by kinetically telling our stories and by physically listening to others, we will develop greater understanding of our community! This class is open to all levels and movement abilities.
